Elaborating on the role of the executives: The executive committee, comprised of the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Director of Communications, focusses on the administrative side of the club. Collectively, they coordinate 3LJ's meetings, oversee the Democracy Projects, maintain the organizations institutional memory and execute strategic outreach. Individually, each is tasked with specific obligations; the President is the voice of the organization, the Vice President is its parliamentarian, the Treasurer is the chief financial officer and the Director of Communications is head of media.
More on the Advocate Advocates play a crucial role in 3LJ; each advocate serves as team lead on their respective Democracy Project. They chair a committee related to their project and are the point of contact therein. Working in conjunction with the Vice President, advocates deliver frequent updates and reports on their advocacy projects to the 3LJ board.
